Screen Printing
Ink pressed through a stencil directly onto the garment. Best for bold, solid logos on large runs. Cost-effective at volume. The more you order, the better the price per piece.
Best for: Large runs, simple logos, 1–6 colours, t-shirts, hoodies, bags.
Minimum: 12 units
Artwork: [ Vector file preferred. JPG accepted — vectorizing fee may apply. ]
Embroidery
Your logo stitched directly into the fabric. Durable, professional, and holds up through heavy use. Standard for workwear, hats, and anything that needs to last.
Best for: Hats, polos, work jackets, uniforms. Logos with clean lines and limited colours.
Minimum: 0/garments, 12/hats, 24/ patches
Artwork: [ Vector file preferred. Complex or very small logos may need simplification. Digitizing fee may apply]
Direct to Film Transfer Printing
Heat-pressed graphics onto the garment. Handles complex, detailed, or photographic logos that embroidery can't reproduce. Works on hats. Good for smaller runs.
Best for: Complex or colourful logos, smaller orders, hat decoration, designs embroidery can't handle.
Minimum: 12
Artwork: [ Full-colour artwork accepted. Vector preferred but high-res PNG works. ]
Laser-cut Leather Patches
We cut and engrave leather patches in-house on our own laser machine. Sewn or iron-on. Elevates a logo beyond what screen print or embroidery can do, especially on hats and jackets.
(We do have custom vs standard sizes.)
Best for: Hats, jackets, premium workwear, anything that needs a premium, tactile finish.
Minimum: 12

Custom Patches
Printed, embroidered or lasered patches add a custom look to your brand. Every logo needs that special touch, so we offer a range of patch options to best sute your logo.
Best for: Hats, Jackets, Hoodies, Bags.
Minimum: 24 or 12/patches, Heat applied or stitched.
Artwork: Full-colour artwork for printed patches. Vector prefered, but we can use 300 DPI high resolution images.
