Screenprinting is how Smokescreen got its start. It's great for bold, solid logos on large runs.

Because of the set-up involved screen-printing is most cost-effective at volume.

Our minimum order requirement of 12 is per logo.  This means the logo is the same size on a youth med and a Adult XXL if your order hs a large range of sizes.

We are also limited to 6 colours on our press.  Logos needing more colours or fine photographic detail might be best with DFT Transfers.

Embroidery is our specalty.  Durable and professional. it sets the standard for workwear, hats, and outterwear.

We also offer embroidered patches for an extra look on hats and clothing.

Embroidery does have limitations in the amount of detail it can handle.  Simple and clean designs work best with embroidery.

Hats have a minimum of 12 pieces

Garments are custom quoted, but generaly don't have a minimum.

Embroidery designs need special programming for our embroidery machines.  We have a digitizing charge of $60-100.  That is a one time charge for the size of desing needed. We keep that design on file for easy re-orders. 

Digital Film Transfers (DFT) is newer to the logo world.  This is a great option for limitless colour and detail in your design.  Its also a great option for full colour artwork and smaller orders.  

The feel is similar to spreenprinting, and can go on bags, hats, clothing and so much more.

We also make DFT patches for full colour and detailed logos on hats and garments. 

Minimum order is 12 for DFT prints.  We also need good artwork to make a great print.  Some vectorizing fees may apply to get your artwork as sharp as possible.

Yes- it can even be a photograph image we print with DTF.  

At Smokescreen we custom laser engrave your logo on coloured leatherette, cork and other textured materials for a premium finished look on your clothing, hats and even bags. 

Leather patched are produced in a minimum of 12.  Logos that work great are simple and crisp in design, with big bold details. 

We carry all sorts of colours and textures in leatherette.  Contact us about all your options.  While standard shape leatherette patches are stitched on garments, we also offer adheared patches on any custom shape you can imagine. 

Names, numbers, smaller runs and one-offs where minimums do not fit. 

Heat transfer material in cut on a Cad-cut machine similer to a in house Cricket.  Small details and milti colour designs aren't well suted for this application.  It does work great to personal names and number. 

We carry a variety of colour for heatpess in the shop.  This is also how we can do reflective logos. 

This is where it can get truly unique.  Full-colour, edge-to-edge on performance wear and sports jerseys.

The all over designes are available to use and customize online.  Re-orders are easy each season as there are no minimums for repeat order.  

Custom sublimation does take time.  Allow 4-6 weeks for a set of custom jerseys.

Most methods have minimums screen printing and embroidery start at 12 units, for example. DTF and heat transfer offer more flexibility for smaller runs. See the decoration guide above or ask us and we will find the right fit.

We work with existing artwork only. If you do not have a logo yet, a graphic designer can help you get there first. Once you have a file we can take it from there.
